Hearts of Aloha.  An Hawaiian inspired designed.  It features hearts going in both directions. Everyone one fo the hearts has the jewelers diamond cut on it.  When the light hits the diamond cut it sparkles...making it look like you have stones on your toes.  This toe ring is made of 92.5 sterling silver.
